I said on my last post on the exercise that I would post an address on one of these gizmo's that I have and there are others, have not done my exercise today something to do with the little flat thing in it. Mine is called www.portexinspiratorymuscletrainer it will be the only one you see with little colored caps in the picture. and the most expensive , but I got mine through rehab. There are a lot of people that are ordering the breather I think they have a new model out , many have said they do not get any directions with their order , but there is several places you can see video's of it and how it works , I am thinking about getting one of those myself since I am having a few problems with the one I have, will try to get in touch with the girl at rehab and ask about it.seems kinda strange I went for 24 days of the 36 to rehab and never had a problem with it. It works and they say the breather does also, am not familiar with others they show Will write about the Post Nasal Drip later.

Heard on the radio this morning there was a study that taking your blood pressure meds. if you take them, its believed you have less heart problems and strokes, if you take them at night. . I typed in the remark on google this morning, "There is a study that it is better to take blood pressure meds at night' There was a whole page of remarks by different authors on this subject, you might want to ask your doctor.

I have Medicare and a supplemental plan like many do I suppose, The Insurance agent that I got the last supplemental through has called me and wants me to change to a PPO which is one of the Medicare advantage ones. He says I would save money and goodness knows I would go for that it keeps going up each year and social security is not going up as much as the increases or mine isn't . I told him I would have to check with my different doctors to see if they accepted it. Now I know that Medicare has certain codes they go by and that's what they pay and the supplemental pays 20 %, Is anyone familiar with how much less might be paid to a doctor? or would it be less, I know there are some things I would have to pay. I also have been told you cannot get regular supplemental's if you have copd , I do not want to mess up. I see they are really pushing these PPO's right now , the ins agent says that's what he has. Any answers would be appreciated.

does anyone else feel real bad

Not hearing from very many, I finally got to feeling somewhat better today , Not sure if it was the regular flu or some form of it , but it took my starch out , did just a few exercises today, I had been coughing and coughing and having buckets of mucus, the nurse said it did not sound like it was from my chest, so it was the old monster post nasal drip and it was an awful lot . I took a couple Quercitin and bromelain (sp) yesterday and some honey with ginger powder mixed in it, and almost stopped it. Yes, Don we are about half way through on the puzzles , so you need to start looking for new ones, I guess you need to cancel all the word puzzles except the making the 5 words with last letter, then if we can get others to play will start another one. David you had wrote something about fonts, and this part of the message showed up on E-mail "Here are two tips on font sizing. when beginning a post type a letter,scroll over to select and the message ends there..///. I went to December on the exercises but it has a padlock on it. I wondered what that was about ?
