So sorry to hear of death in your family. I must in good conscience caution you that NO person with COPD should ever enter a hospital unless they are a patient. This is a risk we cannot take.
Lost my post again. Dunno what wrong key I hit. Oh well...
Wow! You got all that exercise even with SOB? That's dedication in action. My cousin informs me that SOA (Short of Air) is the new term as it is more politically correct than SOB. I say horsefeathers. Get your minds out of the gutter, people.
Have nearly 14000 steps for the week, more than enough for the Snail Badge but I won't be able to get the Turtle Badge as I am out of steam from all this week's activities walking hospital halls and babysitting my cousin's pets, freeing her to spend some nights at the hospital with her husband. He passed early Friday morning. The man was a jewel among men.
P.S. I am not short of air, there is plenty of air. I am short of ability to breathe the air, therefore, SOB
I'm with you, Don. SOB, SOB, SOB, SOB LOL
Thank you, both, Don and Sister_Petra for your kind condolences.

regarding the SOB: Have you tried increasing your water? It might help.
congrats on the workout!!!!
Very SOB the past few days so nothing to post but I felt a little better today so I tried to do what I could:
10 counter push-ups
20 arm swings
15 bicep curls
12 shoulder presses
25 wrist/forearm curls
6 rounds of 3 minutes at 1 mph
2 minutes on the under-the-desk pedal gizmo.
About 2,100 steps for the day. All glory goes to the Lord.
