I forgot most of the exercise things I did this week. Normal shopping on shopping days with considerably more step efforts expended. And normal domexercise as I felt up to it.
Today is my day of rest, but I accompanied my cousin to the Big City hospital as the ambulance had taken her husband ahead and she needed emotional support. He is 87 and has lung cancer and pneumonia as a complication. Big city hospitals have long halls and I got in 3321 walking steps today.
A lot less that the last time but I'm still fighting that infection; however my greenies are now yellow so I think it might be breaking.→→→→Here's my list for today...
10 counter push-ups
20 arm swings
15 bicep curls
12 shoulder presses
12 spring hand grips
8 rounds of 3 minutes at 1 mph. With my around the house steps that's about 2,400 for the day, all things considered, not too too shabby.
