Hey Don, Sit ups have always been my strong point but can't do in quantity any more. I did do another 9 min on the elliptical this AM. The Mrs is going ot to do shopping today so i have to go out in cold and clean driveway with blower, i just go slow in the cold weather.
Wow Don, you really have improved over the years, persistance does pay. I did 9 min on eliptical bike, 15 sit ups and 20 arm curls w/weights. During the last year I have added montelukast (singlair) to my meds , it does reduce the mucas build up over night so I sleep a little better.

25 arm swings

15 shoulder presses
12 spring hand grips
30 wrist/forearm curls
2 minutes on the under-the-desk pedal gizmo
finally - treadmill - 7 rounds of 4 minutes at 1 mph.
All toll that's about 2,900 steps for the day. After a really lousy week - I'll take it and give God the glory.
