Don, I'm out of gas today too. Yesterday's dreadmill efforts have laid me low and given me very sore feet. Am catching up on domestic chores today instead since tomorrow is a shopping day and I need to be able to walk.
I am also hunting for my woolyboogers as winter is definitely here.
Started out pretty good but I don't know....ran out of gas on my walking. I did my 20 counter-push-ups and 40 arm swings plus 25 bicep curls but only two rounds of 5 minutes at 1 mph so far. I'll see if lunch gives me any juice.
Did a total of 5 DM rounds at 1 mph, not going for # 6. I will try shoulder presses and wrist/forearm curls later.
