Only 486 steps for Monday as I was under the weather, so to speak. May have had a few more as fitbit doesn't seem to register on occasion when I am wearing slipper socks and walking slowly. Wasted the entire day watching videos.
Began as usual: 15 counter push-ups, 25 arm swings, 15 bicep curls, 15 shoulder presses, and two rounds of 6 minutes at 1 mph on ol' dread-O. Ready to take my afternoon siesta, hopefully can do better this afternoon than I did yesterday.
Did two more rounds on dread-O but I think that's it for today - no leg raises, wrist/forearm curls of grip spring today.
