Yeah, Don. I know sometimes that last minute really is a doozy sometimes whether one is working hard towards a set timed goal or just flat suddenly in the middle of something hits a wall and either can't get enough air or legs want to buckle. When this happens to me in public I have to stop walking and stand still, sit down if there is a bench nearby, or just ask Joe if I can have the buggy now. Always causes anxiety to one degree or another, especially in public.
Found out about my sinus tachycardia quite by accident in the Dr.'s office when he asked me whether my heart always beat that fast. Told him I didn't know but then started watching it for myself. Think that is why I got the second fitbit as it showed pulse rate when the first one did not. Sandy, with medication pulse stays just under 100 while inactive but any activity at all runs it up some, even walking across a room or standing for any length of time. And whenever I forget to take my diltiazem it stays up in the 113-120 range, even quietly sitting and then I am then afraid to do vigorous activity.
Started off towards the dreadmill twice today and turned back realizing I needed my inhalers first. Since it is Sunday and after working so hard yesterday am taking it easy today and will just vacuum out my Sketchers tomorrow instead. Have already completed two tasks from last Monday's To-Do list so still have a small sense of accomplishment for today.
I wish they would leave the clocks alone also, I have used the aerobica every day and it helps but think the muscle trainer works better, Evert is going in Tuesday to the hospital and is going to exchange the one I have for a new one ( got the okay on that) and I still might order the breather so if this next one quits .
You are doing good Don , hope you are able to keep it up and I am hoping to add to mine next week.
Joy, I have been told several times I have Tachyardia as my pulse rate would run 120 to 140 on any endurance , every time I ask the heart doctor he would say its not your heart its your lungs. I thought you said you get this sitting without endurance ? I even overheard 1 heart doctor discussing with the heart doctor I have now (and in the start also ,long story and kind of funny) whether I should have a pace maker.
I take coreg (carvedilol) I guess for hypertension.

Todays gonna be a great day!............I woke up!
Did most of my usual upper body stuff already: 20 counter push-ups, 30 arm swings, 20 bicep curls and 15 shoulder presses.
Human beings are as a rule, creatures of habit.............why don't they leave the clocks alone?!?!
"What's that? Oh OK, I'll be right there Mr. Pillow, you know this time change has me all messed up."
So I walked 2 times for 4 minutes at 1.1 mph. Prolly shoulda stuck with 3 minutes, that last minute was a doozy.
Got very SOB this afternoon, don't know why but I ain't gonna push it. Walked just 2 more minutes and I'm calling it a day.
Still a great day though!
