I'm impressed, too Don. Your sessions are definitely getting longer and CONGRATULATIONS on your 30 minutes total plus all the strength training you do.
I got 30 minutes on the dreadmill today, too, but it was quite the struggle and done in two sessions. Now my feet ache. Didn't do much domexercise today beyond microwaving a potato but a lot of household activities I do most days will just have to substitute for strength training as it seems I haven't energy do them both.
Our temps here are dropping fast and we have rain at present and an inch or so of snow predicted overnight.
Perhaps that explains why my feet ache. Couldn't possibly be my Skechers Curves shoes. 2952 total steps.
Had problem signing in. Would not accept PW, so after several attempts I just quit trying and went on my way. Later was able to sign in - hmmmmmmm. Could have typed in wrong once, but not consistently 5-6 times while being extra careful - LOL
Today I was determined to do my absolute best - no pain, no gain.
I started out with 20 counter push-ups and 35 arm swings, then did 20 bicep curls and walked two rounds on the DM for 5 minutes at 1 mph. I'm going to try my hardest to get 30 minutes of walking in.
Just did two more rounds of 5 minutes - 30 minutes looking possible - see you on the other side of my nap.
Struggled through two more rounds but I made it. Will hopefully do some shoulder presses and shoulder lifts after supper. Hope all are doing well - Don't forget our Veterans!
Did 20 shoulder presses and 15 shoulder lifts plus 40 wrist/forearm curls. I pray I will be able to have more days like today.
