Had my wife's family for dinner yesterday so no exercise.
Today I started with 15 counter push-ups and 25 arm swings. Did 15 bicep curls and 15 shoulder presses. Walked 2 rounds of 6 minutes at 1 mph on dread-O. Even just one day of no exercise and it's real hard to get back.
Will try another round on dread-O after supper but not sure if anything else.
Hallelujah, I did get in two more dread-O rounds of 6 minutes at 1 mph. That gives me somewhere around 2300 steps for the day. Calling it a day.
