Did two loads of laundry, tidied the kitchen, and emptied the sweeper but didn't get any sweeping done. 704 steps today and disappointed in myself. I won't even earn my snail badge this week.
Today was pretty close to yesterday: 20 counter push-ups, 25 arm swings, 7 rounds for 2 minutes at 1 mph on dredd-O, 20 bicep curls, 25 wrist/forearm curls, 15 shoulder presses, 2 minutes on the pedal gizmo, 10 seated leg raises and 12 squeezes with the spring grips. - Roughly 2,000 steps for the day, think that's pretty good for having to drag around 30 feet of hose 24/7.
