Actually a day late posting this; trying to find that niche routine that I can do every day; this one might be it:
15 counter push-ups, 25 arm swings, seven 2 minute rounds on DM @ 1 mph, 15 bicep curls, 15 shoulder presses, 10 seated leg raises. I usually like to add 2 minutes on the pedal gizmo; I timed it and I get between 25 and 30 pedals every 10 seconds which adds about 300-360 steps plus the thigh workout. That would be a total of about 2000 steps a day which includes around the house steps, I think this is a doable daily routine - we shall see.
