Don, you are incredible with your exercise efforts. You've come a long way lately.
I was a bad girl yesterday and took an extra day of rest because I didn't relish pounding the dreadmill and making my feet start to ache again. Also, it's cold back in that room as I don't heat my whole house in winter. Thinking of dragging out my exercise bike and staying where it's warm. Bet I can use that even wearing slipper socks. Truthfully I'm having a no-energy crisis at the moment.
If yesterday wasn't a day of rest - it wouldn't have mattered - very, very SOB.
Today I am slow to comeback: 10 counter push-ups; 20 arm swings and so far, 3 rounds of 4 minutes at 1 mph on the DM.
Walked another 3 rounds on dreado, am shooting for 32 minutes today. Hope I have enough gas later to finish,; also need to do weights.
Made it! 32 minutes total dredo time....Now if I can only get in some weights.....
Did one more round totaling 36 minutes or 2556 steps; adding a conservative around the house of 600 steps, that's over 3000 steps, I think that's pretty good for me. Also did 20 bicep curls; 30 wrist/forearm curls and 15 shoulder presses and 12 grip-spring squeezes..
LOL - Joy. Try dressing for the occasion. The exercise will help keep you warm !!!

I totally understand. I am not a "thirsty person" either. Have to make myself drink, other than morning coffee !!
