Was so tired after shopping I failed to post yesterday but walked a total of 2760 steps. Thankfully Sunday is a rest day. Feet are still aching but I think it is due to new slipper socks that provide no real support for arches, etc. I don't wear these on the dreadmill but do padding around the house doing chores. They are warm for ankles and keep me from looking around for my shoes every time I get up out of my recliner.
Hoping to do better today than I have been lately.
Did my 20 counter push-ups and 35 arm swings; did 20 bicep curls and 35 wrist/arm curls plus 20 shoulder presses and 3 rounds of 3 minutes on the DM at 1 mph. Another 2 rounds before lunch; shooting for ten rounds today - in Him all things are possible.
Did another round after lunch - ten is looking possible.
Did four more DMs totalling 10 for the day; if I add my usual walking around the house I should have done about 2,700 steps for the day.
Also did 15 hand-grips. Strange thing about that; I have psoriatic arthritis and for some reason, it eases a bit late in the day; I don't take anything for it. About five years ago when we had insurance I took Humira and it worked wonders but at $39,600.00 a year, it's out of the question, I just live with the pain and pray it doesn't get worse.
My last spirometry was about 4 or 5 years ago; at that time my lung function was 15%.....God is great!
