Not looking that great today; did my 20 counter push-ups and 30 arm swings but only 5 rounds of 2 minutes at 1 mph. I want to blame the weather but I can't - it's just me.
Well, by the grace of God I walked another 10 rounds at 1 mph. Added 20 bicep curls and 15 shoulder presses. May try wrist/forearm curls later; might skip tomorrow.
