Well, the fitbit chargers arrived on Wednesday while we were out, but they came postage due and the postperson didn't leave them. Rainy yesterday and I didn't go pick them up but I did today. I kept waiting for the newer fitbit to charge up; it never did get to 100& meanwhile waiting for it I lost my momentum to get on the dreadmill. Don't feel that I have bounced back yet from Tuesday night and Wednesday because all my steps to and fro from other rooms are not registering on either device. This is likely due to moving slow and not stepping with enough impact for them to register.
Very proud of you Don for your outstanding effort.
No activity for me today, but went shopping yesterday right after a marathon all-nighter visit with my cousin and it left me too drained to do anything much today besides breathe. I feel lifeless right now and need the respite.
Have been taking Augmentin for my sinuses, there are so many side effects that I'm prolly getting half of them - hee hee. But - it seems to be doing some good; 2 more days to finish them. I am also taking a pred burst along with anti-Bs.
Trying to fight my way back: So far I managed 20 counter push-ups, 30 arm swings and 20 bicep curls. I guess I'll face ol' Mr. Dred next.............in a little while, when I muster up some courage.
Hope everyone else is keeping up their dailys.
I walked three - back to back with only a very short rest - rounds on ol' dreddy for 2 minutes at 1.1 mph. I am hoping to get several more in the course of the day .......... V shall see.
Walked another 2 rounds of 2 minutes at 1.1 mph. I tried the last seconds free-swinging my arms and came to the conclusion that my balance stinks. Anyway; that's 10 minutes so far.
Walked four more times for a total of 9 times; that's 18 minutes total............as if anybody doesn't know that 2 times 9 is 18; also did 12 shoulder presses. After my visit with Mr. Pillow; if I still have some gas left, I will try some more. - - - hope all the lurkers are sneaking in some exercise.
