Yeah, Don. I know sometimes that last minute really is a doozy sometimes whether one is working hard towards a set timed goal or just flat suddenly in the middle of something hits a wall and either can't get enough air or legs want to buckle. When this happens to me in public I have to stop walking and stand still, sit down if there is a bench nearby, or just ask Joe if I can have the buggy now. Always causes anxiety to one degree or another, especially in public.
Found out about my sinus tachycardia quite by accident in the Dr.'s office when he asked me whether my heart always beat that fast. Told him I didn't know but then started watching it for myself. Think that is why I got the second fitbit as it showed pulse rate when the first one did not. Sandy, with medication pulse stays just under 100 while inactive but any activity at all runs it up some, even walking across a room or standing for any length of time. And whenever I forget to take my diltiazem it stays up in the 113-120 range, even quietly sitting and then I am then afraid to do vigorous activity.
Started off towards the dreadmill twice today and turned back realizing I needed my inhalers first. Since it is Sunday and after working so hard yesterday am taking it easy today and will just vacuum out my Sketchers tomorrow instead. Have already completed two tasks from last Monday's To-Do list so still have a small sense of accomplishment for today.
