Today I did 8 min on eliptical exerciser and 20 arm curls, this exercise stuff is getting harder with age, kinda normal me thinks
what are you taking for this menacing phlegm?
Todays list:
15 counter push-ups
30 arm swings
20 bicep curls
15 shoulder presses
12 rounds 3 minutes at 1.1 mph.
A little better but not so good, still fighting them little greenies.
