Your 2700 steps on Friday was a multiple of mine at only 821. It has been such a busy week and left me just bone-tired from already having earned my 10,000 step snail badge by Wednesday.
The day wasn't a total loss for I found a nice stuff-catcher (cover) for Jaws on ebay. As the seat separates from the back by several inches when it lays down flat, it should also work as a draft-catcher. I asssure you there is no joy in waking up to a cold posterior.
Yes, I see I have accidentally made a spelling error. It was an honest mistake, but it made me giggle so I'm going to let it ride.
I decided to wait till the next day to post my stuff so I wouldn't have to constantly add to the list, so here is the 29th:
I started out by dialing everything back a bit: 10 counter push-ups and 20 arm swings. Added 15 bicep curls then just started pouring it on - 25 wrist curls, 10 shoulder raises and 12 shoulder presses, 25 wrist/forearm curls, 10 seated leg raises, 12 hand spring grips, 10 lateral deltoid raises (I explained those in another post), 10 seated leg raises, finally - twelve 2 minute rounds at 1.1 mph on the DM and 2 minutes on the pedal gizmo. Add to that my around the house walking and it's about 2,700 steps for the day.
Don't know if I'll ever do that much again but I'm content with it.
