Wow Don. You are amazing to have kept going back at it exercise-wise over the last few days. My last prednisone just left me me sleepless and hangry but I wasn't exercising much this past spring to have noticed whether it gave me more energy.
We shopped today and it seemed that the stores were a madhouse with very few good parking spaces and congestion in the aisles. My strength training included pushing a buggy with two cases of dog food and if you have a bad roller with a crazy wheel, it is good to have someone like Joe ready to take the buggy at short notice. 4219 steps today and I have earned my weekly snail badge and then some.
New(er) fitbit seems to be working fine again. I have looked for stuff catchers for the chair and do like the ones with pockets for TV remotes, etc. but all the ones I've seen would still allow stuff to fall down into the chair at the rear corners of the seat. These chairs that lay down flat stretch out and create a gap between the seat and the back that can swallow wireless mouses--and HAVE this very week, along with two missing batteries I fished out today.
Thank you for the heads up on no exercise posts for tomorrow. Sunday is perfect to rest and not feel guilty about anything. Saw something cute on Facebook earlier today: "My goal this weekend is to move just enough so no one thinks I am dead."
