Thank you, Don. I may not be able to exercise today as I have my son and fabulous daughter-in-law coming to spend the night.
Joe can make anything he puts his head to doing, it's just not what most people consider fine cabinetry. I did see a picture of something you make and it was indeed fine cabinetry. Joe's work is a bit more rustic. He whittles fiddles with his pocket knife and so far has built his dining table, coffee table and one of two hutches with some fine cherry wood in his house he also built for himself now. Of course he built the kitchen cabinets, too.
Yesterday was the first day that I stopped a six day pred burst of 50 mg and returned to my maintenance of 10 mg. As pred has a half-life of four hours, I don't think I'm actually at my maintenance quite yet; I think today would be a better gauge as to how I am doing.
Yesterday's routine:
15 counter push-ups
20 arm swings
10 spring hand grips each hand
12 rounds of 2 minutes at 1 mph... roughly 2,200 total steps for the day.
By the way Joy; your steps for yesterday were outstanding!
