Normally I spend Sundays in my chair doing very little but I spent the day with my cousin instead. Was planning on doing a lil dreadmill work but it was too late when I got home.
Todays very short list:
15 counter push-ups
20 arm swings
10 rounds of 3 minutes at 1 mph.
