I did a lil domexercise today, and take partial credit for lifting my one-gallon water pitcher in and out of the refrigerator multiple times, plus refilling the water distiller to make more. It won't compare with your upper strength exercises but I did do some other things that require a bit of strength, like sorting through boxes of canned goods, looking for sauerkraut. Had to delay our New Year's good-luck meal as I was all shook up from that trip with my cousin to the big city. Joe and I will have pork and sauerkraut and mash taters tomorrow and I will think about getting all those boxes of canned goods stored under the bed.
After a day of socializing with relatives on Facebook, I did get in some dreadmill time tonight. Had to stop once and get some aspirin for my aching hips and take a couple puffs from my rescue inhaler. Half an hour rest made a big difference and then I went at it again. 2659 total steps for the day.
Wish I could eat the stuff you guys do, I love everything you had. I can eat pork but it has to be grilled, not fried. I love sauerkraut but it hates me.

Maybe more diamonds than coal today but I'm not gonna continue to push this hard, still get some groin pain when I try too hard.
