Hoarsness

I am hoarse much of the time. My sister complains she can't understand me sometimes. When on the phone people often ask me to repeat what I'm saying more than once on the same reply. I've always had a deep voice, people have many times taken me for a man, but now it is also very gravely. I think it is because of the Advair and Spiriva. Also have to clear my throat alot, Does anyone else have this problem?
