I seem to be having a very good breathing day today for a change. This past week has been bad. I had planned on taking a prednisone burst this morning. I gladly put the bottle back in the drawer.
Hope this keeps up because I hate how I feel when using prednisone. I just wish I new what causes the bad days. Yesterday was a beautiful, dry, sunny day so I couldn't blame it on the weather, dewpoint or humidity.
There are many who don't need oxygen and still get very sob with humidity. I have many bad breathing days with shortness of breath yet my oxygen levels stay in the upper nineties. I use 3 liters.
So sorry, Sandy. That sounds rather scary.
I have felt real Yukko also for about 5-6 days , thought it might have been a tiny bit of mucus but its gone , have found out though I can walk but cannot crawl, a couple of mornings ago after getting up to go to restroom went back to bed and instead of sitting down on edge and laying down.I bent one leg up and proceeded to crawl on to mattress.. guess the second leg was not up good and I slid on the sheets hit forehead against the bookcase headboard and landed on floor was not to far of a fall , but had me hollering to hubby can you come help me. Surprised me I did not have a headache as the bump on head was not a light one.
Low barometric pressure certainly affects me negatively - I can barely breathe.
Thanks Joy, yes I agree the barometer has something to do with it.
Some people blame changes in the barometric pressure. Happy to read that you're doing well, Audrey.
It will remain a mystery.
That's the $64,000.00 question Audrey.
